FOUNDER/BROKER
V. Thomas Weclew IV
Tommy Weclew grew up in Hollywood, Florida and moved to Orlando in 2001. He soon began buying houses with his family; rehabbing, placing a qualified tenant and selling the property to investors looking to diversify their portfolio income. The business, The Realty Medics, grew mostly by word of mouth and has led to over 2,000 happy buyers, investors and listings sold.
“I decided to not become a huge brokerage with a bunch of agents and instead focus on our clients.”
In 2008, Tommy and The Realty Medics added a property management division.
“Our investors were looking for a property management company they could trust and kept their cash flow as the number one priority. This would not work if we weren’t selling our investors properties that are a great investment. If we can’t rent it and produce cash flow we won’t pitch it to our clients.”
The Realty Medics also added a property rehab/repair company. The Realty Medics are able to offer their investors very affordable initial rehab costs with the added security of a one year warranty on all repairs.

A few years ago, Tommy met with longtime friend Ben Sencenbaugh, to discuss ways to grow the business while keeping the personal touch that Tommy’s clients appreciated. Tommy and Ben had very similar personal goals and they knew instantly that joining forces would be a perfect.
As of 2023, Tommy, Ben and their team were given the award for being in the top 50 fastest growing companies in Central Florida by the Orlando Business Journal. Currently managing 1600+ properties valued at over $700,000,000 and continuing to grow each month by providing the best customer service to their clients.

PRESIDENT
Ben Sencenbaugh
Ben has lived in central Florida has been involved in the local real estate market since 1997 when he purchased his first rental home. Ben graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Business degree with a minor as a professional pilot and an aircraft A & P mechanic. He started at TransMeridian airlines as a 757 Systems Engineer and managed the John Kerry and John Edwards Presidential Campaign 757 charter program.
From there he moved to NASA as an Engineer for launch operations on the Space Shuttle program. While working he obtained his M.B.A. from the University of Miami as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
As the Shuttle program was nearing its end, Ben’s next step was with Siemens as a Business Consultant and a Certified Project Manager (PMP). He worked with many businesses around the world to implement efficient and effective management systems. In addition, he was Siemen’s lead corporate trainer for the management systems auditing program and taught classes all around the USA and Europe.
In addition to his corporate positions, Ben has also founded 3 internet startup companies that sold a variety of products. He also founded a Real Estate Investment Fund and raised the initial capital (still ongoing).
Ben and Tommy have been business associates and friends since their first real estate transaction in 2004. In 2012 they decided to align their personal goals and become business partners at The Realty Medics. Through his diverse background he and his team have been able to build a solid company foundation to ensure all of The Realty Medics stakeholder goals are being achieved.
Ben has purchased, rehabbed and personally owns over 100 personal single family homes.
GENERAL MANAGER
Courtney Curto
Courtney was born and raised in Winter Park, Florida and graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Even from an early age, she has always been interested in residential construction and design. She has organized and completed many large house flips and renovations.
She joined The Realty Medics her senior year of college as an intern, starting in our Rehab Department. She has since transitioned into many important roles within the company and enjoys working with our employees to ensure the highest level or service is provided to clients. Courtney is highly organized, detail oriented and strives to find the most efficient way to solve any problem.
In her free time she likes to visit with friends and family, binge watch new shows, do an occasional workout and travel.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Jason Hamilton
Jason Hamilton is a native of Seattle and a graduate of Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA. He has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In a previous life, he was an EMT and heavily involved in the sport of rugby, having played all over the U.S, Canada, and Europe. He is a past President of the Orlando Rugby Club.
Jason is a licensed Realtor, focusing on Investor Sales, and the Business Development Manager at The Realty Medics. He works primarily with investors looking to fund their retirement or grow their investment portfolios. Prior experience includes sales in aerospace industry and corporate arena. Jason also began a non-profit organization while living in Arizona and was involved with chapters in both the Phoenix and Scottsdale Chambers of Commerce.

Lisa Lozano
Lisa has lived in Florida for the past 20 years and has served the public through various customer service professions. She served in the United States Navy as an Administrator to the fleet. Lisa was also part owner of a fitness studio, serving as an instructor as well as a manager. She graduated from Dean College with a degree in Human Services and continues to apply her work experience with The Realty Medics. Her role is to support and manage departments that facilitate positive experiences for both owners and tenants.
She is a Mom of three amazing kids and in her spare time, enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, reading, traveling, and exercising.

Ken Francois
Originally born in Miami, Ken grew up in Naples, FL. During high school he played football and was an all-state musician. Ken graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, making it onto the Dean’s List his senior year. He developed strong customer service skills during his 10+ years in the hospitality industry.
He started his journey with The Realty Medics in early 2017 and has advanced to Director of Property Management Operations.
In his free time, Ken enjoys listening to music, spending time with friends, watching sports and volunteering his time in the sports industry. Currently, Ken works part-time with the Orlando Magic and at Track Shack events.

Dustin Hamilton
Dustin was born and raised in Seattle, WA, and lived in the Pacific Northwest for 30 years. He graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. His background includes 10+ years of customer service in the real estate and hospitality industry. He recently relocated to Orlando and is excited to see and experience everything Florida has to offer.
In his free time, he likes to play sports, travel, watch movies and spend time with friends. Not long ago he backpacked around Europe, visiting 10 different countries and some unforgettable destinations. Dustin is an avid sports fan who roots for all things Seattle.

Delia Lozano
Delia was born and raised in Orlando, Florida and is a part-time student at Valencia College. She graduated from Timber Creek High School a year in advance and was on the varsity weightlifting team from freshman year to senior year. Aside from her studies, she has a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Delia enjoys going to the beach, farmers markets and spending quality time with friends and family.
Delia’s role here at The Realty Medics is assisting the property managers and ensuring that all tenants have a positive experience residing at their property.

Nicole Hamilton
Nicole was born and raised in Puerto Rico. At the age of 5, she moved to Miami and lived there for 5 years. Then made the move to Oviedo where she currently resides. She received a basketball scholarship out of high school. Attended Presentation College in South Dakota as a student athlete; majoring in Psychology. Transferring to Seminole State college to graduate with her Associates degree in Arts and finishing out her Psychology degree at UCF in Florida.
Before joining The Realty Medics Nicole was a VPK teacher and Lead Coordinator for the After School program at a local STEM preschool. After leaving the educational field Nicole decided to follow her parents footsteps and learn more about the realty/ property management business. Having the chance of growing up in a house with parents who are in the same industry has influenced Nicole’s interest in Real Estate. She really enjoys working at The Realty Medics because she has the ability to help people in ways that she wasn’t able to before.
Nicole is a mom to a six year old and in her free time enjoys finding new trails, adventuring outdoors, going to the beach and spending time with friends and family .

Paola Flores
Paola was born and raised in Honduras. At the age of eight, she moved to Miami and lived there for about ten years. She graduated with an Associate of Arts Degree from Broward College. She now lives here in Orlando, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida, majoring in Business Administration.
She has been working at the Realty Medics since 2018. She started off as a Leasing Coordinator and has advanced to a Process Improvement / Training Manager role. She thoroughly enjoys this role, as she gets to assist everyone on her team. She is currently also pursuing a real estate license so she can continue to grow in the real estate / property management world.
Paola enjoys spending time with friend and family, exploring new places for a weekend brunch, and also spending some quality time by herself.

Chris Rich
Chris was born in New Jersey, but has lived in various states throughout his life including California, Texas, Minnesota and Nevada. He moved to Bradenton, FL in 2003. In 2008, Chris moved to Orlando and attended the University of Central Florida, where he later graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. He has sales / management experience within the automotive maintenance and firearms industries. Chris worked for the Casselberry Police Department for 10 years, including 7 years working investigations and undercover narcotics. He was also the lead instructor for all firearms and tactics-related training.
Chris joined The Realty Medics as an Outside Sales / Marketing Manager. He enjoys the family environment of the workplace and the fact that everyone is focused on providing the best customer service.
Outside of work, Chris is an avid golfer and softball player. He enjoys working out and staying active, but also loves relaxing trips to the beach. He has 2 dogs, Leah and Chloe, who are very smart and sweet.

Mark Watts
Mark Watts has been a resident of Orlando since 1994. He is an avid watersports athlete and turned his passion into a successful business. For 15 years, Mark owned, operated, and managed a thriving chain of boat dealerships across Florida. The dealership was named a Top 100 Dealer in North America for 8 consecutive years.
After Mark sold the business in 2013, he decided to utilize his experience in sales and marketing in his consulting business. Mark is also the founder and Director of a non-profit organization that works with the U.S. Coast Guard. In his free time, Mark spends time with his wife, friends, and 2 German Shepherds.

Emi Hiratsuka
Emi Hiratsuka was born in Honolulu, Hawaii. She currently attends the University of Central Florida with a major in Psychology. She has been working in customer service for 8 years by working at various theme parks helping families create the best memories for their vacation. In addition, Emi has also has a background in early childhood teaching by working at the Orlando Science Center and focusing on children activities that helped develop their motor skills. Her family is in the real estate business and has a vested interest in The Realty Medics and property management.

Fernanda Gaitan
Fernanda Gaitan was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She attended medical school and is now currently studying Marketing and Publicity. She is the current owner of a small business that creates handcrafted and traditional hot sauce.
She is now part of The Realty Medics team as a Leasing Coordinator. Fernanda loves helping people find a new home. She coordinates all of the steps prior to the move-in date such as scheduling showings, answering all questions regarding the application process and so much more.
In her free time, she loves spending time with her dogs, friends and family, going to the beach and watching new TV series.

Paulina Gutierrez
Paulina was born in Mexico and moved to Nicaragua when she was 3 years old. Since a very young age she has enjoyed helping others in any way possible. Paulina has worked in a variety of industries including customer service, sales, education and medical. In the education field, she was a Spanish and English language teacher. Given her long-time passion for helping others, she worked to become a medical doctor. Paulina was also involved in an international leadership NGO.
Paulina is now part of The Realty Medics leasing team as a Leasing Coordinator. She enjoys helping people search for their future homes and experience the smoothest move-in process possible.
Currently, Paulina is enjoying life with fiancé, baby girl, two cats and Labrador puppy. They love to watch movies together, visit family and friends on the weekends and discover new restaurants.

Yansy Mejia
Yansy Mejia was born and raised in the Rivas, Nicaragua. At a very young age she discovered her desire to help others in any way possible. For instance, volunteering and participating in her community. During her time in college she studied Political Science and International Relations. Yansy worked for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to help entrepreneurs improve their businesses in Nicaragua, spent time in the customer service industry, and also worked as an English teacher.
Yansy is now part of The Realty Medics Leasing team as a Leasing Coordinator. The part she enjoys most about her job is talking to people and helping them search for their future home.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending quality time with her boyfriend, family and friends. She has two dogs, one Miniature Doberman Pinscher named Baloo and one Pitbull named Pitey. She loves taking care of her dogs and going for a walk every day.

Victor Gonzalez
Victor was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. After graduating from high school, he attended college and studied Business Administration. During his time in college, Victor was a Futsal National Champion. He was also a firefighter for more than 4 years.
In his current role with The Realty Medics, he is an Assistant Property Manager. The aspects of the job he enjoys most are communicating with tenants and taking care of their questions and concerns.
In his free time, Victor likes to play guitar, video games, and soccer.

Marcia Bradford
Marcia Bradford was born in Bluefields, Nicaragua and was raised in Corn Island. She now resides in the capital city of Managua. She considers herself a very determined person who doesn’t give up.
In recent years, she developed a passion for real estate. This passion led her to join The Realty Medics team, where she performs her role as an Account Manager. She says the favorite part of her job is helping people and learning something new every day.
In her free time, she enjoys dancing and writing about her life experiences.

Rebeca Lopez
Rebeca was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She graduated college with a degree in Marketing and Publicity. While attending college, she held various jobs in customer service and administration. Rebeca considers herself a leader / entrepreneur and currently owns a small marketing agency and piercing store.
Her current role with The Realty Medics is Account Manager. She communicates with tenants to help alleviate any concerns regarding lease renewals, periodic inspections, late rent payments and much more. She loves collaborating with the team and creating a positive environment for her co-workers.
In her free time, Rebeca enjoys having a good meal, spending time with friends and family, going to the beach and dancing. She also loves the discipline and challenge of CrossFit and participates in local competitions.

Madelyn Martinez
Madelyn Martinez is from Jinotega, Nicaragua. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language. This has led her to work in various areas of teaching, interpreting, and organizing programs. Through these experiences, she has learned to work with people who have different personalities and interests. She has a strong sense of empathy for others and enjoys creating an enjoyable environment that fosters teamwork.
Her current role as a Account Manager allows her to combine all of these skills. Madelyn loves being a part of The Realty Medics team. The part she enjoys the most is when her clients are satisfied with the work completed.

Eva Ruiz
Eva Ruiz was born in the sunny island of Puerto Rico and was raised in Kissimmee, FL. She graduated from Sanford Brown College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Merchandising and Management. She has 13+ years of customer service experience and operations management. She started managing properties 6 years ago and is looking to obtain her real estate license in the near future. She is currently studying Industrial Organizational Psychology at NorthCentral University.
In her role as a Account Manager, she prides herself on providing excellent customer service to our property owners. She enjoys communicating quickly and efficiently in order to provide the best possible service.

Raquel Solano
Raquel was born and raised in El Salvador. She started working as a virtual assistant in 2020 in a variety of businesses. In April 2022 she started working in the property management industry and has enjoyed it ever since. She is currently studying / majoring in Opera in Argentina.
Raquel joined The Realty Medics as an Account Manager. The part of the role she likes most is communicating with our owners and providing them with great customer service. She also enjoys the work dynamic of the TRM team.

Jorge Guerra
Jorge Guerra was born in Guatemala and raised in Nicaragua. He graduated high school in Nicaragua and studied Tourism and Hospitality Management in college. Jorge has worked in a variety of industries, including sales, customer service, education, construction and hospitality. Most recently, he was the Operations and Maintenance Manager for a hotel in Managua.
He joined The Realty Medics team as a Maintenance Coordinator. Jorge considers himself a very determined person, who is eager to learn new skills. In his current role, he enjoys using his customer service skills to help tenants with any concerns such as rent payments, lease renewals, or any other questions they may have.
In his free time, Jorge loves traveling, spending time with his two dogs and cat. He also enjoys drawing, watching movies, and playing video games.

Mauralen Cabaguing
Mauralen Cabaguing graduated college with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. She has years of previous work experience as a Maintenance Coordinator.
As a part of The Realty Medics team, she assists with all tenant maintenance requests, provides updates to homeowners, and serves as the point of contact for everything related to property maintenance.
Outside of work, Mauralen loves spending her free time with her dog, Pugsley, and watching Netflix TV series.

Zhai De Sagun
Zhai is originally from Metro Manila, Philippines. She graduated from STI College with a degree in Business Management with a major in Operations. After college, she worked in the contact center industry for 5 years, where she perfected her skills in customer engagement resolving complex inquiries.
Zhai joined The Realty Medics as an Inspection Coordinator. She is highly motivated and passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving brand loyalty and increasing lead engagement. She is an attentive listener and great communicator. Zhai is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience for tenants and owners.

Joy Arrieta
Joy Arrieta graduated college with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has 10 years of experience in the Property Management field. She has held previous positions such as Turn Operations Supervisor, Dispatch Team Lead, and Inbound Customer Support.
She joined The Realty Medics team as a Construction Coordinator. Joy’s main responsibilities include ensuring effective communication with field inspectors, scheduling accurate repairs, expanding the vendor base with reputable trades, verifying vendor performance, certifying fair pricing, participating in tenant disputes, scheduling inspections, managing work orders and change orders, and ensuring an accurate and efficient billing process. She believes in helping clients with any problem, big or small. Her motto is “Working together as a team makes us stronger!”
Outside of work, Joy likes spending time with family and friends, discovering new places to relax and enjoying good food. She also loves to cook, play badminton, read interesting books, and listen to good music.

Jill Matangcas
Jill Matangcas graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in Developmental Communication. After graduation she gained 5 years of experience in Property Management. She began as a Maintenance Coordinator where she honed her skills and expertise. Jill advanced to Turn Operations Supervisor where she demonstrated a knack for efficient operations and team leadership.
Jill joined The Realty Medics as a Construction Coordinator. Her primary focus revolves around ensuring seamless communication with field inspectors, orchestrating repair schedules, and fostering strategic partnerships with reputable trades. Jill’s responsibilities include verifying vendor performance, guaranteeing fair pricing, handling tenant disputes, overseeing inspections, managing work / change orders and streamlining the billing process for optimal efficiency.
Outside of work, Jill prioritizes quality time with her family and canine companions. Maintaining a regimen of self-care and relaxation is important to her. It provides energy to navigate any challenges that may come her way.

Gwenchristi Mangubat
Gwenchristi Mangubat has been involved in the property management industry for 8 years. Through her past experiences, Gwen has honed her customer service skills while progressing into managerial roles. She spent 3 years as a Supervisor and another 3 years as an Operations Process Manager.
She joined The Realty Medics team as a Construction Coordinator, where she manages all aspects of the property unit turns. Gwen ensures that accurate repairs are scheduled in order to bring properties up to TRM standards.
In her free time she enjoys traveling to new places, trying new restaurants and cuisines, engaging in arts and crafts and reading books.

Nicole Shweky
Nicole Shweky is originally from Fort Lauderdale, FL and moved to Orlando in 2018. She has a passion for real estate and has recently completed the necessary requirements to obtain her real estate license. She is focused on finding investment property opportunities for our clients to purchase.
Some of Nicole’s greatest strengths are organization and communication. Since hired, she has assisted with the acquisition of investment properties totaling well over $10,000,000.
In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her two puppies that keep her smiling.

Anthony Spandonis
Anthony Spandonis Jr. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts at Father Saturnino Urios University in Butuan City, Philippines, majoring in Communication and Media Arts. He has over 6 years of experience working in the property management industry in various roles, including Turn Operations Supervisor, Quality Assurance Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert.
He joined The Realty Medics as a Client Support Manager. His main focus is to oversee company processes and develop and refine workflows to help streamline support operations. Anthony believes having positive interactions with owners and tenants is of the upmost importance. In order to earn their business and trust, we must be great every time.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys socializing with friends over coffee and likes to travel outside of the country to experience different cultures and food.

Dawn Fitzmorris
Dawn Fitzmorris is a native of El Paso, Texas, but grew up in Orlando. After graduating from Lake Howell High School she studied Veterinary Technology at St. Petersburg College. She worked with several veterinary practices in Florida and went on to own and operate two successful pet related businesses for over 25 years. Her passion for pet related health enabled her to have a successful career in the industry.
After a brief retirement to enjoy life and travel, Dawn has recently joined The Realty Medics in the accounting department. Her role is to ensure the financial side of the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Dawn enjoys organization, record keeping, problem-solving, participating in a positive team effort and helping in any way possible.
In her spare time, Dawn started volunteering for Freedom Ride, a non-profit organization for Equine therapy, which provides therapeutic horseback riding, mental wellness and support to our Veterans. Volunteering for this cause reignited her passion for riding. She has a Thoroughbred horse named “Midlife” aka Teddy, and competes at local Florida Hunter Jumper events. She has a Black Lab named Grizz and an African Grey named Yanik. She also has a daughter who recently graduated from Clemson University and lives and works in Charlotte, NC.

Ana Barahona
Ana Barahona was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. During collage she studied Business Administration. She is currently studying to earn a degree in Art.
For 10 years she held a role as a bookkeeper. This experience served her well as she transitioned to The Realty Medics team in spring 2021 as Accounting Coordinator. Her role is to ensure the financial side of the business runs smoothly and efficiently.

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTING COORDINATOR
Fabiola González
Fabiola González was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She has a double Bachelor’s degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language and Chemistry & Pharmacy. She has interests in many areas, such as education, medicine, social work and business administration.
Prior to starting with The Realty Medics she worked for multiple NGOs. Some of her roles included being a private tutor and coordinating English programs for teenagers in Nicaragua. Fabiola loves being a volunteer and has been involved in many different programs and organizations. She wants to inspire people to be responsible for their education, health, and especially, to be proactive with their own future. She sees herself and a changemaker and wants to support young people to lead change.
Her passion for logistics and business administration has led her to The Realty Medics as an Assistant Accounting Coordinator. She is eager to learn as much as possible about real estate management.
While not working, she loves to spend time with her loved ones, read books, dance, play sports and travel to new places.
ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Katherine Castillo
Katherine was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. She graduated college with a degree in Sustainable Tourism and has a background in hospitality, travel planning and customer service. During the past 5 years, Katherine has volunteered for two NGOs, which allowed for her to be part of different social projects in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. She is currently taking an online business course in order to learn how to design and develop a non-profit project that generates a social impact.
Katherine joined The Realty Medics and an Assistant Operations Manager. She loves learning about the necessary steps it takes to keep a property at its best.
Outside of her job responsibilities, Katherine enjoys learning new things, especially anything related to languages. She also enjoys exploring new places; whether it be hiking or finding a new vegan food spot.

Alexander Navarrete
Alexander was born and raised in Managua, Nicaragua. After graduating high school, he attended college and studies plastic arts and graphic design. He held various jobs in the customer service industry before joining The Realty Medics.
In his current role as Resident Coordinator, he enjoys working directly with tenants to help with lease renewals, payment plans and scheduling periodic inspections.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing video games, spending time with friends and family and working on new projects.

Denzel Hodgson
Denzel Hodgson was born and raised in Bluefields, Nicaragua. He is currently finishing his last year of college, studying Diplomacy and International Relations. For the past 7 years, he has held various positions in customer service for banks and financial institutions.
Denzel’s customer service background serves him well in his current role at The Realty Medics as a Resident Coordinator. He assists tenants with rent payments, lease renewals, the move-out process, and scheduling inspections if needed.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking and being around friends and family.

Raul Guerra
Raul Guerra was born in Guatemala and raised in Nicaragua. After graduating high school, he attended college where he studied Tourism and Hospitality Management. Raul has worked in a wide variety of industries including education, sales, hospitality and customer service. Before joining The Realty Medics he was a concierge and receptionist for a hotel in Managua.
As part of The Realty Medics team as a Resident Coordinator, he enjoys working with the team and learning new things. He is a very social person who brings a positive attitude to everything he does.
In his free time Raul likes going to the gym, listening to music and playing soccer.

Carlos Lorenzana
Carlos was born and raised in Guatemala. He studied Audiovisual Communication in college. At the age of 24 he moved to Nicaragua. Since 2016 he has worked in many different business segments; sales, hospitality, maintenance, call centers, credit bureaus, and even UPS.
His current position at The Realty Medics is Resident Coordinator. He enjoys working closely with the tenants. He listens to problems they are experiencing and works to find a solution. Carlos is passionate about helping people and keeping constant, open communication.
Outside of work, Carlos loves to watch movies and play video games. He also likes to play and watch sports on TV. He especially likes to play tennis and soccer. Carlos begun taking piano lessons at a very young age and still enjoys playing it today.

Haydee Orellana
Haydee was born in Chinandega, Nicaragua and was raised in Managua. She graduated from a bilingual high school and soon after started a position within the customer service industry. Haydee later attended college, where she graduated with a degree in Pharmacy.
She joined The Realty Medics team as a Resident Coordinator. Haydee enjoys being able to work directly with the tenants to help with their daily needs. She is thankful for having a great team of co-workers and a positive work environment.
Outside of work, Haydee enjoys hiking, attending CrossFit classes and spending time with her friends and family. She also loves outdoor activities and exploring new parts of Nicaragua to see what her beautiful country has to offer.

Yeltsin Barrera
Yeltsin Barrera was born and raised in Bluefields, Nicaragua. He has previous work experience in the video game field, including roles as a Technical Support Specialist and Customer Service Representative. Yeltsin supported their training department by hiring new employees into the video games techinical support area. He has also worked as an independent portrait painter.
Yeltsin joined The Realty Medics team as Property Management Representative. His past work experiences in customer service and technical support serve him well in assisting our clients and addressing their needs.
In his free time, Yeltsin loves playing old rock & roll songs, painting, and playing his favorite sport, volleyball.

Heidee Guevarra
Heidee Guevarra was born and raised in the Philippines. She is a licensed nurse and started her career as a staff nurse in an international hospital in the Philippines. She has also been involved in the business process outsourcing industry for 10 years, providing customer service, technical support, and focusing on retention. She also previously worked as a Resident Coordinator for a property management company based in Virginia.
Heidee joined The Realty Medics as a Property Management Representative. She has a heart for serving and always maintains a positive and cheerful disposition to help customers and clients in need of assistance.
In her free time, Heidee enjoys traveling, going out and spending time with her family. She is also a sports enthusiast, as she was a former softball player in her university days. She loves watching basketball and volleyball.

Jake Sangalang graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He has more than 6 years of experience working in a variety of roles, including salesperson, tech support specialist and customer care agent.
He joined The Realty Medics as a Property Management Representative and helps answer customer’s questions. He strives to offer courteous service with each customer interaction. Jake believes that communicating every step of the way provides the best results and a positive experience.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys taking long motorcycle rides and spending time with his spouse and daughter.

Jerish Duropan
Jerish Duropan is originally from Digos City, Philippines. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. She has extensive experience in customer service, sales, account management and SEO, having held various positions in these areas throughout her career.
Jerish joined The Realty Medics as a Property Management Representative. She focuses on fostering positive relationships with tenants, owners, and prospects to ensure satisfaction and retention. She effectively addresses and resolves inquiries, emphasizing the importance of clear communication. Over the years, Jerish has consistently improved productivity and customer satisfaction in her roles.
In her free time, Jerish enjoys learning new skills and strategies, personal development, reading, traveling, and participating in community service activities. She cherishes spending time with her spouse and daughter. Jerish loves being a mother and always prioritizes her family’s well-being.
Customer Service Appfolio Accounting Specialist
Rinah Vinco
Rinah Vinco was born and raised in the island of Negros in the Philippines. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor. Rinah has previously worked for financial, educational and assurance companies as an Auditor and an Accountant.
Her current role at The Realty Medics is Customer Service Appfolio Accounting Specialist. Some of her daily tasks include leading the collection of past due tenant rent, speaking with owners regarding any questions on their Owner Statements, and assisting the contact center by answering calls and emails.
In her free time, Rinah enjoys taking long walks, writing, listening to music, playing the piano, cooking and eating good food, having dates with family and friends and spending time in prayer.

Alicia Sencenbaugh
Alicia Sencenbaugh is a native of Seattle, WA and a graduate of Washington State University in Pullman, WA. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management with a minor in Business Administration. She has 16+ years experience working in the theme park industry. Alicia has worked for The Walt Disney Company, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment and various design firms as a Merchandise Product Developer. Her passion was to create tangible memories for theme park guests so they could always remember their vacation.
She recently joined The Realty Medics team as an Office Administrator. Her role is to keep the day-to-day office activities running smoothly, assist with HR functions and plan office events and outings.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys being with her husband and two young girls, doing water activities like wake surfing and water skiing, and playing at the local theme parks.
