  2. Getting Started: Preparing Your Property for Rent

    Once we’ve agreed to work together, we dive into the details of managing your property. This includes everything from marketing your listing to handling keys, lockboxes, and HOA considerations. We take care of any necessary inspections, rehabs, and repairs, ensuring your property is in top condition. Professional photos are taken to showcase your property in the best light, attracting high-quality tenants from the start.
